We are pleased to announce that Capital Partners LLC has acquired Flavorseal as a division of its packaging companies, M&Q Holdings.

There will be no change to Flavorseal’s management team or staff members. Chris Carroll will continue as President and CEO of Flavorseal, and the company will maintain its headquarters and manufacturing facility in Avon, Ohio.

Although Flavorseal will continue to operate independently from the other businesses under the M&Q Holdings umbrella, there will be opportunities to share resources that will benefit both the company and its customers. Chris Carroll explains, “Working with M&Q will provide Flavorseal an exciting opportunity to continue expanding our innovative product pipeline that customers have come to expect and value.”

M&Q Holdings LLC is comprised of two other companies, M&Q Packaging LLC and Outlook Group LLC. M&Q Packaging (www.mqplastics.com, www.pansaver.com) manufactures specialty high-temperature, ovenable packaging, which is used in food service, food processing, medical, and industrial markets. The Outlook Group LLC (www.outlookgroup.com) is a leading provider of customer packaging solutions, primarily serving the food and consumer products end markets. Outlook focuses on printing and converting flexible packaging, labels, folding cartons, and conducting value-added assembly and packaging operations. The Outlook Group has two manufacturing facilities, both located in Neenah, Wisconsin.
