Flavorseal hires new Research & Development Manager

New position to streamline new product development within the company

 

tiffani_gilbertFlavorseal recently announced that Tiffani Gilbert has joined the company in the newly created position of Research and Development Manager. Working with our product market managers and our Quality Assurance team, Tiffani has been charged with managing the complex new product development process from inception to product launch.

Tiffani joins Flavorseal after many years in the product development departments of several large food processing companies including Kraft Foods and Oscar Mayer. At those companies, Tiffani worked in flavor development of sauces and dressings for a variety of different products and participated in the launch of more than eight new products. Tiffani is also a certified chef and an adjunct instructor at Cuyahoga Community College.
